Mission:‘MacVille is in business to provide espresso coffee machine that meet the efficiency, reliability and sustainability needs of our hospitality clients who, in turn, rewards us with profits that will allow our stakeholders and the communities in which we operate to prosper.’ 2. Current approaches‘There is a real need to incorporate innovation into our mission because it has been an outcome from the self-directed team’s directive. Finding new ways to improve the efficiency of process and effectiveness of customer solutions has become a priority. There has always been a need to evaluate what we were doing, to continually challenge our methods and ask, how we can simplify and improve our business. We should never rest on our laurels but instead constantly innovate and raise our standards, because we are not afraid to try new ideasand concepts. The organisation needs to embrace strategic alliances and to seek out new partnership that support and promote our mission, desired outcomes, and strategies.’ 3. Revised vision and missionVision:‘MacVille wants to become one of the top five companies of Australia in next five years for this we have to give first priority to our clients or customers and employees as well because ifwe make our employees happy than they will help us to make our customers or clients happy. Also we want to become one of the top export company of Australia. For this we need to follow different countries rules and regulation and we have to find out international target market. Mission:‘We will be supporting those systems that have yet to be discovered.We understand and appreciate the many challenges the system users face regarding accuracy, complexity and deadline. We will support those users and their deadlines to the best of our ability. Not only with the common off the shelf items, but also diverse and custom items made especially for your particular project. Also we do more focus on sustainability and our stakeholders.’4.
