INDIVIDUAL REPORT 3 1.0. Introduction Drivinci is a European car producer based in the UK. The company aims to embrace quality as its core value and ensure it is environmentally friendly to appeal to its customers. As the company moves towards this goal, its philosophy aligns with its mission, vision, and objectives for the next four years. 1.1. Mission Statement Drivinci's mission is to provide affordable and environmentally friendly motor vehicles to our consumers with a high emphasis on quality and innovation. 1.2. Business Objectives The company's business objectives link back to the mission statement. The connection between a mission statement and the business objectives is fundamental to the achievement of sustainable success in the automotive industry. The business objectives of Drivinci Company are: a) To manufacture and sell 500,000 cars by the end of the 4 th year of trading b) To achieve a total of 5% market share by the end of the trading period c) To maximize staff satisfaction by having less than three strike days in each year of trading. d) To produce a long-range electric car by the fourth year of trading e) To produce and maintain a fully automated factory over the lifespan on the company 1.3. Summary of Company Performance Drivinci used market segmentation strategy to enter the market and target a specific group of customers. The plan was effective. Suppose the company finds trouble after hitting the ground while growing and becoming leaders, it will not raise awareness to the public but specific groups. The move will pave the way for the company's competitors to have a competitive edge regarding price, brand value and market dominance (Huang & Tzeng (2007). The summary of the company’s performance in the four years is as shown below:

Performance in 4 year period The company faced grave challenges in the first year of its operations especially the inability to sell all the stock. However, in Year 2 and 3, the company began to recover and gain momentum as it was able to sell all the stock and eventually make a profit. One of the critical decisions in the company was to take another loan to boost the company's production capacity, especially considering the outstanding loan balance of (£329.98) in the first round.
