These alleged birth rights primarily exist so any and all American citizens can be shielded from a wide variety of effects. So, by thoroughly debating any and all the basics of an arrest, any of the necessities for a search and seizure with a warrant, varying methods of recognizing suspects, the plain view doctrine; we can try to comprehend some of the vigorous constitutional rights that are afforded American citizens on a daily basis.
