Pre vs Post example A significant difference was found for pre and post VO2max measures ( 40.1±5.3ml/kg/min vs. 46.4±4.2ml/kg/min, p<0.05 ). This was a 16% increase in VO2max from pre to post. I will provide the values, you will interpret mean SD units p value (same for all significant) PRE POST
