Marketing Strategy In the global competition environment, it is hard to sustain the product in the market. So there is a need for ongoing evaluation of the product. The core agenda of the organization is to get a competitive advantage in the market. In my product, the marketing strategy which I use is to attain is customer satisfaction. In order to attain customer satisfaction, i fulfill the demands and needs of the end consumers To achieve customer satisfaction, customer feedback is essential. To capture the market share, my focus is mainly on the large customers of segment A that gather 0.4% of market share, whereas the vast customer of segment C and segment D also able to get a market share of 0.1% and 0.1% respectively. Apart from that small customer segment also plays an important role to capture the market share. Usually, niche market is not targeted frequently. But in my product, the small section contribute a lot to generate the revenue.
