STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES BY STUDENT SERVICE AREA ADMISSIONS AND RECORDS Admissions/ Records Outcomes of Communication Method/Source of Communication Method of Assessment Analysis of Assessment & Change for Improvement Critical Thinking Ability to select courses Ability to follow directions (Assessment/ Counseling) Basic Reasoning Application WLAC Web site LACCD Web site Completeness of the application process Random data (one in every four) applications will be scrutinized for completeness and student follow through Improvements will be based on new State, LACCD, and the College academic Senate along with student surveys. Data will be compiled for changes and improvements Analysis of the entire Admissions and Records services (registration techniques) will be based on the mission of the College. Integrity, ethics and quantitative reasoning will be the basic criteria to change and improve Admissions and Records and the registration process.
