How do the trait theory perspectives of Allport, Eysenck & Cattell differ? Second level-Central traits which are the basic building blocks (Cervone and Pervin, 2016). And Third level-Secondary dispositions traits which include attitudes and preferences (Cervone and Pervin, 2016). This explains why people show behaviors that are out of the norm for them. Eysenck believed that all traits are based on genetics. He believed that everyone has three specific personality dimensions. Eysenck suggested that personality is reducible to three major traits: neuroticism, extraversion, and psychoticism (Cervone and Pervin, 2016).

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
