NAVIGATING ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE2Navigating Organizational ChangeExplainthe importance of continuing education regarding organizational change.It is important for anyone in any field to continue education because, one will see that technologies, protocols, base information and more and constantly changing. If we were to take what we initially learn and never apply new understandings to it, one will not see how we are able to take these skills and evolve. Borkowski, N. (2016) states “To manage organizational change, a leader needs to apply all the theories and concepts discussed throughout this textbook. The leader, or change agent, must use his or her knowledge of motivation, leadership, group dynamics, team building, and conflict management, in addition to communication and negotiation skills, to be successful”.Explainthe impact this policy change may have on the organizational behavior and organizational cultureof the company.This policy states that each employee will be required to complete two hours of continuing education yearly. Though one always runs into those that feel they do not need these types of changes however, implementing continuing education can only better not only each employee but the company as a whole. A possible reward system could be put in place to help those that feel the changes are not necessary upon completion. With things like this in place the employees may succeed and ultimately allow the company and their new protocol to succeed as well.
