The first section will focus on the title of the article. The second section will analyze the introduction of the article. Third, the statement of the problem will be discussed. Fourth, the purpose of the study will be discussed. In the fifth section, the conceptual frameworkwill be analyzed. The sixth section will discuss the literature review that was conducted. Then, the seventh section will discuss the methods that were used in the article. Eighth, the analysis will be focused on. The ninth section will analyze the results in the article. The tenth section will talk about the discussion section or portion of the article. Next, the eleventh section of analysis will analyze the limitations of the research for the article. Finally, the twelfth section will conduct an analysis on the conclusion of the article.TitleAs stated in the introduction, the title of this article is “Challenges Women Face in Leadership Positions and Organizational Effectiveness: An Investigation.” From the title alone, it is evident that the research focuses on the different challenges and obstacles that women face in leadership and managerial positions and how those challenges impact the effectiveness of the organization. Therefore, the article’s title does do a good job of explaining what the focus of the article is.IntroductionThe introduction of this article does absolutely introduce the topic.
