GENITALIA ASSESSMENT 2 Genitalia Assessment C.C. is a 21-year-old white female college student who presents to the clinic with external bumps on her genital area. She states, “I have bumps on my bottom that I want to have checked out”. She describes the bumps as rough and painless. C.C. has had more than one sexual over the past year and her initial sexual encounter occurred at age 18. She noticed the bumps about a week ago but is unsure how long they have been there. Her last pap smear was three years ago and was normal. She denies abnormal vaginal discharge. She was treated for chlamydia about two years ago. C.C. does not have any allergies, but she does have a history of asthma, for which she takes Symbicort 160/4.6 mcg. Her mother has GERD and both her mother and father have hypertension, but she has no family history of breast or cervical cancer. She does not use tobacco products and rarely drinks alcohol. She has triplets, one girl and two boys, from a previous relationship and was just recently married. Additional subjective information needed Sexual/Reproductive History: Age of menarche Average menstrual cycle length and flow Form of birth control and STD prevention
