T-P Leadership Task-oriented leadership- is a behavioral approach in which the leader focuses on the tasks that need to be performed in order to meet certain goals, or to achieve a certain performance standard People-oriented leadership- inspire employees to meet an organization's goals by helping them feel better about their work and stay positive about their careers. It is evident from the results shown above that I am a very people-oriented person. The significance of this is, as a leader, I would focus on developing and maintaining a quality workforce more than focusing on tasks at hand. Empowering Others

3 To empower others is to be willing to delegate, which is the process of entrusting and distributing work to other persons. Delegation is an important managerial characteristic as self-reliable employees are important in the today’s workplace. I scored well with 35-45 total possible points proving my delegation capability.
