The three strength attributes I believe Disney has as a company are, Popularity, Goodwill and Diversity, and Disney’s Theme Parks. Popularity is a relevant business example because having a fan base allows for constant income and revenue for the company. Based on the research that I conducted, Disney is known for being one of the best tourist’s sites and locations for families and their vacations. It is known for being one of the most entertaining locations for its guess in the world. Maintaining its popularity allows for the business to remain strong and also allows for it to stay in the competition with its competitors. Another attribute is having Goodwill and being a very Diverse company. Being a diverse company allows for business across the world. In addition to being a well-known and diverse company is having goodwill, meaning that because if the diversity and well known popularity Disney’s consumers are more likely to purchase their goods and services rather than their leading competitors. Based off of financial reports given by Disney, having such a great connection and understanding with the consumers and the public it allows for a positive constant cash flow which brings in profit for Disney. Disney’s theme parks are one of its most important features they currently have. Every company needs some sort of business movement to produce income other than just its products. Disney also has theme parks brings in a substantial amount of revenue for Disney. Based off of data, this macroeconomic company should also be able to continue to attract and appeal to many different types of consumers and its partners. Being a company who considers other ethnics, cultures, and political backgrounds and differences helps Disney and makes consumers gravitate to Disney’s business and what they have to offer. The three weakness attributes I believe Disney currently has are, Disney’s cost, their targeted audience, and Disney’s movie production. Although Disney is a tremendous company and is all about the customers, Disney can tend to be on the expensive side compared to its competitors. This can cause some of the potential clientele to go towards the more less expensive company which in turn would cause Disney to lose business and money as well. Compared to other theme parks and products, Disney is costlier and this alone could hurt its business financially. Rather than having customers return more than once in any given year, evidence shows that majority of its customers can only afford to visit once every year or every couple years which can be considered a loss. Simply because
