IEP is suggested for children whose difficulties have to do with learning. Specialized instruction is given. It includes measurable goals (annual, academic and functional) for the child to be involved in general curriculum. Parents have the choice to either accept or decline any intervention service. They can decline service after accepting. IFSP is an individualized Family Service Plan. It is designed to provide early intervention for children from birth to age 2 along with their families.Intervenes in the process of determining the developmental delays or disabilities of a young child. Includes outcomes desired for the child and family. It also includes a plan to progress and to measure the progress of the child.
