Determining the Viability Of a New Service. 2 When coming up with a new product or service an organization has to follow some steps to ensure that the product which is to be released to the market is viable. The Massachusetts General Hospital wishes to open a new dispensary which is to offer optical services to its customers. This new service will be helpful to the organization as many people have been coming forth with eye complications and the group has decided to open a dispensary that will focus on the eye problems only. The following are the steps that the organization took to ensure that the service will be viable.
