JB’S HOME REMODEL 1 INTRODUCTION 1.1 BUSINESS OBJECTIVES This project will create higher resale value and allow for a better view throughout the house for entertaining purposes. The Project manager Jamie Biskupski will help to oversee the project and timeline for completion. The project timeframe has a 12week window and will be fully funded by BMO Harris Bank. This project replaces all the cabinets, flooring and hardware from when the home was originally built. To have an open concept kitchen, a wall must be removed. In the remodel a large island with two sinks will be placed in the middle of the kitchen allowing for more cooking and counter space. The island however will be big enough to have additional seating on the opposite side of the island. New flooring, cabinets, appliances and back splash will be added into the remodel. 1.2 PROJECT OBJECTIVES CREATE AN “OPEN CONCEPT” KITCHEN WITH ISLAND TO MAKE THE RESALE VALUE OF THE HOME HIGHER: Re-tile floor Purchase new countertops and cabinets Purchase new appliances Page 2 of 20 [Insert appropriate disclaimer(s)]
