DEMAND ELASTICITY The idea of increasing prices by the Bulls Eye is not a strategic plan for making a profit. We need to take note of the losses that are occurring and find the immediate causes of the injuries. An increase in the number of individuals who purchase products will undoubtedly lead to the rise of the profits. Therefore, the primary objective of the Bulls Eye will be to attract more individuals to the store. The store will also be tasked with persuading the traffic in purchasing the products (Douglas, 2012). The primary disadvantage of raising prices is that Bulls Eye is that all loyal will be willing to buy goods at any cost. The customers who lack means of transport have travel for miles for them to purchase products from their royals retailers. Rising of prices will pose a negative impact in the organization since some will be scared away and lost. The customers will also be forced to review the shopping habits and limit themselves to
