Milestone Two: Issue 2 Global Issue: In the world, today employees are dealing with more stress issues than ever before. Work- related stress has been a contributing factor to the rise in health care costs (Giardina, 2014). Stress can hinder the quality of work and employees well being. During stressful times employees tend to spend a lot of time out of work and at the doctor's office dealing with health issues. Jobs that require employees to do the job of two at the same speed are likely to suffer from burnout. Other employees with sedentary jobs may experience mental stress, anxiety, and cardiovascular disease not to mention obesity from not moving around enough. Not enough employees are taking the time to decompress for the daily stress. Employers, although they are offering medical care, are not providing easier access to a way of maintaining a healthy lifestyle by providing means to release tension with more convenience such as a gym, yoga classes on premises or relaxation music.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
