“An interview is usually a face- to-face meeting between the helper and the applicant; it may have a number of purposes, including getting or giving information, resolving a disagreement, or considering a joint undertaking.” [Tri12] interviews can be defined as the content and process; the content is what is being shared and the process is how it is being shared. The process can be structured or unstructured. “Structured interviews are directive and focused; they are usually guided by a form or a set of questions that elicit specific information.” [Tri12] Then there is the unstructured interview which can be a conversation where questions are asked based on what is being said. A structured interview is restricted and stays focused and unstructured is broad and unrestricted allowing more freedom in flow.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
