Power “The capacity or ability to direct or influence the behaviour of others or the course of events.” ("English Oxford Living Dictionaries", 2018). “A person or organization that is strong or influential within a particular context.” ("English Oxford Living Dictionaries", 2018). A persons level of power within a company greatly depends on there personality as well as there position within the company.
