Communication at Target My point of view: Easy, open and simple. When it comes to communicating with one another about a problem or issue, best to approach HR or management to step in and help solve the situation. Also, the open door policy. 98% of the time, management and HR keep their doors open for employees to come quick and easy to conversant about an issue or whatever else.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
