Recently we have been experiencing some very intense weather, resulting in many natural disasters occurring all over the world. In an article that dates back to the beginning of August, researchers and scientists were concerned about rising sea levels. They mention that rising sea levels are widely recognized as a threat to the coastal communities. An estimate of at least $226 billion of assets and infrastructure will be exposed to inundation if there is a rise in sea level. This estimate was made by the Climate Council in Australia. There was also a recommendation that if sea level rises up to 2.7 meter this century, that a planning process should be considered. The
