TO: Call Center Employees FROM: Tamara Hoggard, Call Center Manager DATE: July 27, 2018 SUBJECT: Code of Conduct Team, Let me start by saying I appreciate all of the hard work that you put in on a daily basis in support of the company. I am noticing that there has been increased cell phone usage violations within the call center. According to the Code of Conduct that everyone should have read and initialed within the first week of being employed here, it states that phone calls and texting on personal devices are not allowed during working hours in the Call Center. As a reminder, all phones are to be placed in the lock boxes outside of the door before you enter the center. Although I have not said much about this lately it is
