HUN 1201 SPECIAL PROJECT THREE DAY FOOD RECORD AND ANALYSIS INTRODUCTION In this Diet analysis Project you will analyze the nutritional content of what you have consumed over a period of time (three days). You will compare your intake to your own individualized Recommended Daily Nutrients based on gender, age, height, weight, and physical activity. *(One of the “3 days” should be a weekend day). INSTRUCTIONS A. Collect/record all foods and beverages you consumed (3 Food Intake Record). B. Calculate your EER and your BMI. Use the information obtained from your calculations as references for your diet analysis. C. Summary (typed 1.15 spaced). Analyze your own diet and evaluate its strengths and weakness. Compare your three days. Is there a wide variation for daily calories, amount of food or for certain nutrients? (use DRI, AMDR). You should write in your summary about how you do think your eating behavior and your nutrient intake are meeting your nutritional needs and what you might do to improve them (consider your age, gender, height, weight, physical activity, EER).

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
