LEADERSHIP DANGERS 2 Leadership Journal 6 Dangers I face as a leader is forgetting to also be a listener. I work with students every day and also work with behavior students. It is easy for me to get caught up in trying to correct the behavior before I listen. I am a teacher and as teachers we deal with different type of students each and every day. Every student has a different story to tell. Each student is dealing with different problems in their home life and that can be a different level in stress by itself. We get so caught up in trying to follow each detail in what the book says that we do not get the chance to know the actual student.
