Sociology has grown parallel to society, from its roots in a rather primitive culture to its more advanced counterparts in today’s society. Many ideas that were formed early on in sociology’s conception pertained to the injustices of a primitive society. Through the evolution of society, sociology advanced to ask questions pertaining to the ethical treatment of individuals. While in early progression questions pertained to culture and society as a whole, more modern interpretations tend to focus on the individual. Advancement in the field of sociology has served to indicate the growth of culture. The study tends to highlight ideas that reflect the treatment of others around us. Sociology gives an introspective insight leading people to attempt to be more informed about current social issues. With the narrowing to individual based studies rather than culture based studies, many people have expanded on questions
