BrownABTM-7104-8 3 Abstract Organizations are now faced with a perplexed workforce as we approach 2020. The Baby Boomers are still in the workforce as well at four other generations. The four generations consist of Generation Z, who were born in 1996 until present, Millennials, who were born 1977 to 1995. Generation X, born 1965 to 1976 and Baby Boomers, born 1946 to 1964. Each generation has produced organizational leaders with an increase of organizations who are global. This simply means that organizations have offices in various geographical areas of the world, importing and exporting goods and services and recruiting talent in various geographical areas of the world. The commitment of cultural diversity along with the practice within organizations and being vital for organizations as the measured outcomes dictate the success of the commitment and the practice. Due to the multi-facet workforce of these four generations as well as an emerging global economy, cultural diversity is becoming a trending practice within organizations across the globe. This practice suggests that organizational leaders are becoming more committed to the practice of cultural diversity. Diversity researchers and authors have been writing about the necessity for organizations to create an atmosphere for the practice of cultural diversity. The fact that cultural diversity is a trending practice is not sufficient; the practice of cultural diversity has the potential to output a positive or negative outcome for customers, employees, stakeholders, and the community at large.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
