As the titles states, the article talks about how the housing situation in the United States is very problematic at the moment and what the reasons to why it looks the way it does right now are. The main theme of the article is supply and demand problem. The problem that the articles starts with is that there has not be been seen such a high demand for houses in decades, but the biggest problem is land and construction resulting in not many houses actually being built in the United States right now.
