2 This norms contract was discussed and created during one in-person meeting and one follow-up virtual meeting. The first meeting took place on Wednesday, February 7, 2018, from 8 to 10 PM in the 5th-floor lounge of the RBS building. In this first session, our team began to discuss our ideas of what norms should be created and enforced to help our team succeed and accomplish our goals. The second meeting took place online via a Google Document we had created at the first meeting. In this second meeting, held from 7-9 PM on Thursday, February 8, we attempted to follow up on the ideas we had discussed in person the night before. Each team member logged into Google, and we all chatted about how to generate the official charter from our previously discussed ideas. Meetings and Attendance The team has agreed that meetings will be held once every week at 8 PM on Wednesday nights. The meeting will last for one to two hours. With the tasks that are not completed, the team will allocate the work accordingly for each member to do individually or schedule another meeting before the assignment due date. Members are expected to actively participate in the discussion and come prepared to all the meetings. The team will include every member in the conversation by going around the table asking for ideas and inputs. Members should be finished with the assigned task before the meeting and be ready to discuss their work with other members during the meeting. Members should keep one another accountable by showing up to meetings on time. If there is an emergency, the member should inform the team via GroupMe at the earliest possible time. If a member is not present during meetings, the project or assignment completed in the meeting will not include that member's name. Legitimate reasons for missing meetings inside and outside of class time are religious observance, illnesses, or family emergency or death. The meetings held every Wednesday night will start with a debrief then

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
