Unit 2 Topic 1 Discussion For starters lets figure out what an organizational subsystem is. Organizational subsystem is a group of employees who come together for a single work-related purpose that functions within the larger organizational system. Like police departments whose systems are no more or less complex than other organizational systems. Police organizations consist of numerous involved, interdependent subsystems to include programs, projects, departments, teams and so on.
