Nanette Acosta Mariah Crilley UNIV 111 21 Sept. 2018 As I was writing this essay, I found it really hard to write about specific experiences that I encountered because I felt like I couldn’t describe it very well. I also found it difficult as to how I should structure my essay and in what order I should present certain things. I tried to make it as fluid as possible, but I feel like I’m still lacking in making it completely flow and sound smoothly. Lastly, the hardest part throughout this whole process was trying to fully develop all of my ideas and turn into words. I had all these moments and thoughts from my trip that I wanted to write about, but I didn’t know if it would fit in or how I would make it fit in. Some things I am proud of is the evidence that I did use from my trip I think I explained very well. I also liked my overall topic because it’s something that was very special to me, and I loved every moment of that trip. A couple of question and concerns I have mostly deal with the struggles I had while writing this narrative. I want to make sure that my paper flows, and that I have included enough information about my experience that it makes sense. The Unforgettable Experience “Will I ever get the chance to go to Peru?” I would ask my mom every time she got off of a facetime call from one of her family members. She always responded with a “Yes, you will eventually just give it some time”, but I hated the wait. Curiosity always got the best of me when it came my roots and where I came from.
