Grieving does not only reflect the idea of death because a person could also grief when they lost something very important to them. The seven stages of grieving include; (1) shock and disbelief, this is a natural action if a person loses something to his life like the death of their loved ones; (2) denial, people tend to deny the facts that such thing has occurred; (3) guilt, this can be felt when a person regrets the things that they say or the things that they did not say or even actions that they never do; (4) anger and bargaining, this is also a natural part of the grieving process bargaining occurs when a person starts to reflect on the past saying statements like if this, then that; (5) depression, loneliness, reflection; (6) reconstruction; and (7) acceptance (Abby, 2018). These stages can also be used in a different situation in which a person loses something important to them like divorce or being amputated. These stages can also reflect on how a person could feel towards their lose.
