Reasons will also be given as to community based strategies that I personally feel are least effective in reducing under-age drinking. The memo is also meant to bring out the community based prevention strategies that are recommendable for children between 10-12 years of age as well as the strategy that is rated as the most cost effective. Which Community Based prevention strategy do you personally believe would be most effective, and why? Participation of the community is crucial to reducing alcoholism among under-age. The most effective strategy that I believe is the most effective is using small groups of underage population under a leader and educate them on the effects of alcoholism.
