Engineer de Guzman knows that his next promotion will depend much in the success of the facility under his direction, thus he must be able to recruit the most perfect and qualified individuals that will occupy various positions of the new facility. In order to make the facility operational, it is highly suggested that he observes the staffing procedure in recruiting qualified persons. The procedure involves the following: 1. Human Resource Planning 2. Recruitment 3. Selection 4. Induction and Orientation 5. Training and Development 6. Performance Appraisal 7. Employment Decisions 8. Separation HUMAN RESOURCE PLANNING Under the local company of The Kundiman Communications Corporation (KCC) are 2000 persons. The number is evidently large enough for the company to remain established even if there would be layoffs. If the organization is about to operate another facility in three months time, it is highly suggested to get something from that number. These employees are already a good source of skilled personnel. The planning must involve the company’s human resource officer. Engr. De Guzman and the officer must first forecast the needs and limitations of the organization. They must set their objectives and goals while governing those factors. Their actions also must be monitored and evaluated for results.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
