2 My Personal leadership traits and development When we hear the word leadership, our minds constantly start searching for different images to match the difinition, and it can be something like a political leader pursuing a position in the governement, or an explorer trying to find an easy path for his followers to take, or a CEO of a company fighting time to come up with a new strategy to beat his competitors. To be a leader you must possess some skills and abilities to help you shape up your charisma and build an aspiring vision to attract more aupporters and oustand other leaders. My personal leadership style consist of three personal factors as: 1. Be straightforward As a leader in the making, being straightforward it’s always a good strategy in dealing with personal issues or work problems, People will take you more seriously and depend on you. When you are organized, focused and have your goals set and ready to take them on with all seriousness and determination you’ll never be disppinted with the impact of it on your supporters. 2. Be courageous If you are determind on doing something, be brave and do it, being a leader means being a risk taker. It’s very important to be ready to face and endure danger or pain that comes your way, that way you show everyone that you are capable of taking responsibility.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
