The Top-Golf concept was invented in 1999 in London with the vision of developing an innovative way to practice golf with the implementation of new technologies. The microchip golf is the key technology in the development of Top Golf, the golf ball itself interact with a computer who assigns points based upon accuracy and distance. We are overcoming the barriers of traditional golf: golf can be intimidating, expensive, time-consuming, and slow; we are proposing an evolving lifestyle demand by creating a new segment for the game that is accessible and appealing to all: - No matter the skill level, everyone can have fun at Top Golf - Top Golf is less expensive than traditional golf - High quality golf clubs are provided free, along with tour quality balls - No more of 5 hour rounds. Play as short or long as you like - Our patent protected technology is engaging and informative so you can keep improving - All the hitting bays are climate controlled and covered so you can play, rain or shine We are averaging more than 35,000 customer visits per day last year[Cha04], so almost 13 million a year. Millennial audience is mainly focused on experiences, according to our demographics, we can affirm than 68% of our customers are aged between 18 and 44 years old[Eli17], which is huge because Millennial are highly influencers in today’s world, they like to have new experiences and sharing it with their friends on social medias or with the Word-of- Mouth. Tritz that social experience: having a great time with your friends, colleagues or family. The energy we deliver to our guests is what makes us special, and it is why we haven’t explored franchising. We are the only one capable of delivering that high-energy experience. Top Golf already operates internationally with 59 locations across the United States, 3 locations in the United Kingdom, one in Australia Canada and the United Arab Emirates. We are seeking to expand more internationally in opening new locations where golf is popular but also where we cities across the globe needs more entertainment places like our innovative concept. Expanding globally will likely improve our overall revenue. With our product and technological advantage not available anywhere in the world, we should take this advantage and we hope to result in major business success abroad. Also, extending our customer base internationally can help us finance new location development, we can learn from competitive markets and get use to work with demanding and sophisticated customers.
