This issue, is one way or another, makes these films and videos not to meet its objectives. When a film does not meet these properties, the repercussions would be lack of viewers and attention from the audience, something that leads to studious closing. Based on the assumptions that have ever been made about each medium having its specific nature, , it is possible to define clearly the term “basic property” of a film as proclaimed by Siegfried Kracauer. As films invite certain kinds of communication methods while giving little attention to others following its basic properties, both tendencies are acceptable in production. In addition, in the late 1950’s, before the innovation of hand cameras, several attempts were made to ensure that subjects in motion are covered (Kracauer 39). This change still did not make the desired quality of talked about by Siegfried Kracauer to be achieved, which led to the introduction of impulses resulting in a snapshot angered attempts of a further extension of photography into the same directions of making more in the industry.
