They are consigned to studies which are based on the methodological quality design of the study. In simple terms, it is the thorough, clear and thoughtful study used of the up-to-date and accessible proof which is used in decisions making concerning an individual’s patient care (Moule, Aveyard, & Goodman, 2016). These evidence-based practices help in the well-being of the patients since the nurses are able to provide high-quality care and improvement of patients and families. It is these decisions which give the grade or the strength of recommendation. This grading system is a very significant factor in medicine which is evidence-based which helps in making decisions clinically. This system of grading does not though degrade inferior level evidence once it comes to making references when there are consistent results. These levels of evidence are as follows from the strongest to the weakest;
