There grades were quite low and she was quite endangered of failing her freshman year. I had to step in and give her advice, sometimes help her then and there because the reason her grades would drop so dramatically is because of the people she was around. They influenced her to fall behind her work in class and to care less about school and just have fun. I couldn’t just stand there and not help her out because that’s just not me. Although I did get on her nerves quite a lot because I wanted her to succeed and stop wasting so much of her time on friends rather than school. They’ll always be there regardless, unlike school, it’s only around for only so long. With my help,she was able to move on to the next grade and continued to keep up her grades and care more about school and that was that. Leader, it’s honesty, inspiring, and accountability. Honesty applies to me in my opinion because if I’m honest about something, it allows people to believe exactly what I’m telling them which either they can take the right or wrong way at times. The time I displayed honesty is when I had to be honest about how one of my teachers should handle a classroom. If I lied and told him to do it another way, they that would have affected how
