The fact that they remember them does not mean that they really occurred. - How can memories of something like this come from nothing? o Loftus Misleading post event information Very easy to produce under all types of circumstances The memory of the event appears to be a combination of the event as it originally occurred and the post event information that they receive. Ethnic differences in IQ - extremely controversial o people value intelligence very highly. The most valued trait. o As Europe expanded they encompassed people of color. They measured intelligence of these people. To measure intelligence (1800s) they measured brain size. They took skulls of dead people.
