How does this affect how you think, feel, and act?I think that I live up to the perception of who I am and that I know myself better than anyone elseknows me as their views of me are opinionated. Therefore, I do believe that there is congruence of my actual, ideal, and ought self. I am a person who does not care of the opinions of others because I am confident with who I am and what I want to accomplish. What I accomplish will not change me as a person; I will be the same person, just a person who achieved a goal. I am compassionate, funny, kind, a good listener and giver of advice, I love putting a smile on people’s faces, and I am a true friend. There is nothing that can taint my perception of myself. I know my strengths as well as my shortcomings. I do not look to others for approval and I will always be true to myself. I cannot conform to who others want me to be. I
