The main aspect that I also have to consider is to create a work balance or a program that is within the budgetary constraints. However, I have to consider that not all working flexibility programs are suitable to all the different job positions in the organization. Also, I would need all employees to give full details of their reasons to earn a more flexible schedule that they request.
