Running head: BUY OR LEASE 1 How I convinced my husband of buying a car instead of leasing one. At the end of the 2018’s year the lease of one of the house vehicles was due to returned; therefore, because of this reason, a new car was needed immediately. In the city of Miami, transportation is a necessity and every person need one to commute. The options were to buy or lease a car, by leasing a car people take advantage of lower monthly payments for an average of three years; contrarily, of when they buy a car the monthly payment will be higher, and the terms will be for six years or more. With two thirteen years old daughters in the family seems about time to start looking for a car they could use in a near future, and so I suggested it would be best to buy a car.
