Name Feb 2, 2019 ABA 610 Assignment 4 An Action Plan for Working in a School Setting. Setting up an action plan for entering a school and developing a relationship with school staff can be daunting and difficult. However, when choosing to work as a behavior analysis with the goal of developing more independent and socially appropriate behaviors for children it is necessary. As many of the children we work with are in classrooms for 4- 8 hours 5 days a week, it is extremely important to build relationships with the staff who work with the children during these times. It is therefore important to consider every step of the process of developing these working relations. I must consider what I can do to better prepare for an introduction.
