Unformatted text preview: considered that going to sleep at 10 instead of 11 would make me more efficient in my morning CAEN class. Waking up is the hardest part of the morning so an earlier sleep pattern would be beneficial. Due to classes, my week is overall very systematic which makes time for studying plentiful at my need. I can easily change my leisure time to study time if needed. If I need to study more to assure myself, I can adjust going to the Rec Center an hour later or not spend as much time there. I think my schedule is fairly well set for success. I am keeping my mind flexible and have adequate time to study and plenty of time for what I need to do. Having the flexibility of my schedule may change but given the hours I have, I think I will have substantial time to study, go to class and still maintain a healthy lifestyle.
