Zach Pruski CAEN 101-101 Kathleen Speed 6/11/07 In completing my time chart, I realized how tired I am first off and secondly how I study twice as much time as I am in class. In my schedule, Monday through Thursday are fairly monotonous. It is a well replicated repetition one after the other with little change. This is fine with an adequate amount of leisure time. My down-time makes up roughly a fifth of my total time in the week which seems necessary to keep a relaxed attitude. Trying not to burn yourself out is important and my study schedule appears to be spaced out far enough to ensure I have ample time to relax or relieve my mind before the next study secession. Maintenance and my own time for eating and sleeping only take up about twelve percent of my week. Saturday I keep as a no-school day. It is a day I try to reserve just to relax and preserve a fit mind so when Monday comes around I am sure to not be stressed over studying due to a good break. I have

Unformatted text preview: considered that going to sleep at 10 instead of 11 would make me more efficient in my morning CAEN class. Waking up is the hardest part of the morning so an earlier sleep pattern would be beneficial. Due to classes, my week is overall very systematic which makes time for studying plentiful at my need. I can easily change my leisure time to study time if needed. If I need to study more to assure myself, I can adjust going to the Rec Center an hour later or not spend as much time there. I think my schedule is fairly well set for success. I am keeping my mind flexible and have adequate time to study and plenty of time for what I need to do. Having the flexibility of my schedule may change but given the hours I have, I think I will have substantial time to study, go to class and still maintain a healthy lifestyle.
