TIME MANAGEMENT PROJECT Description of Elements 1. Open up the excel document and save it to your hard drive. There are three pages in this workbook: blank cal, sample, and pie chart. You should see these at the bottom of the page. 2. Using the blank weekly calendar provided, develop a schedule to meet your personal needs and record it on the form. See the sample provided. Identify your fixed commitments: classes, work, meetings etc. Think about when you want to study and then plan out your study time, leisure, chores, health, eating, etc. Be specific, but brief. IMPORTANT: Be specific and identify which class you are studying for such as “study history” or “study chemistry” Print off your calendar. Failure to be specific about “study” will result in the loss of 10 points. Failure to print off your calendar will result in the loss of 20 points. 3. Go to the pie chart page. Count up the number of hours you spent in each category and type those numbers into the “Hours Counted” column next to the
