RMHS LOBO HOWL 2019 FORENSIC INVITATIONAL Dear Forensic Coaches, On behalf of the Rocky Mountain High School Forensics team, it is our pleasure to invite you and your team to participate in the 2019 RMHS Lobo Howl Forensic Invitational Tournament on January 19, 2019. EVENTS: A Wave B Wave Extemporaneous Speaking Lincoln-Douglas Debate Student Congress A Public Forum Debate Humorous Interp Duo Interp Dramatic Interp Policy Debate Original Oratory Student Congress B Poetry Interp Informative Speaking One-on-One Value Debate Impromptu Speaking Creative Storytelling Program Oral Interpretation Doubling is encouraged across waves No doubling within B wave debates is allowed Students double entered in Extemp or One-on-One Debate may not receive their full prep time. Finals for all events will begin ASAP following the completion of preliminary rounds. All undefeated debaters will receive a 4 th round provided enough judges are available. RULES : 5 entries are allowed in all events except Congress, for which there is no limit on entries. Additional entries will be accommodated if space is available and if you can bring judges with you .
