It gives a visual guidance to see what they need to do in the classroom to make changes, along with getting to know their students, how to assess them. Critical Thinking Skills 3 approaches this framework along with the guidance of other staff members will help them to understand what they need to do to meet the needs of all the students. I can use this framework to guide me in what areas I need to improve. I may also want to identify one area that interests me, set a realistic goal for implementation, create some beginning steps, and set a timeline (Gregory, 2011, pg. 34). Leaders can use this framework to begin the process of change in the environment. They can use it to access the staff and see what they need to offer them in professional development to improve for differentiation. It will help the leaders to see how they can use staff as mentors to improve instructions to other staff.
