Assessment Strategies Analyze the assessment strategies presented in your reading and within your research on differentiated instruction. Identify two assessment strategies that may be used to differentiate instruction in a low-performing school. How do these assessment strategies benefit a high- performing student in a low-performing class? Would you use the same assessment strategies in a high-performing class that contained one or more low-performing students? Provide rationale for your answers. In the reading there was many comments and examples of assessments, evaluation, and grading. Since I do not have a classroom I am going to implement this to my job. I work in the Air Force being a supply technician. Yearly we are rated by our supervisor how we did. In between these yearly EPR there are three feedback sessions that needs to happen. As a supervisor you need to be clear on what you are looking for from your troops. The assessment towards the military has many categories for the troop to get a firewall five. That means they were awesome with their job and on and off the workplace. They also volunteered and have some self-improvement too. This is my third troop and I had some problem troops where I have to be hard on them and afterwards they seem to turn around and be a good subordinate. Evaluations are when we have to put our bullet form statements on the EPR and make sure they troop hands us his volunteer work and any other things they have done through the year.
