I think it is very important to collect data first because it gives a visual representation of how your services were beneficial to the practice. Next, you mentioned about patient satisfaction, which is also a key element. The more satisfied patients are, the more likely they will become a repeat customer. Moreover, patient satisfaction can also increase the revenue of practice as well. As a nurse practitioner working in an office for two years, it is likely to have an increase number of patient satisfaction and repeat customers.
