Health Behaviour Assessment HEAL 1600 Health and Health Professions:Part 1:The health behavior I would like to change:The health behavior I need to change, is not being physically active. My day is composed of driving to the University, sitting for more than an hour in class then taking just a 10-minute walk to either the library or café where I’ll be doing my studding. Then back to the car going home and repeat. For an average day, I only do a total of 30 minutes of light walking. Physical exercise effects our health in a great way so I really need to get more physically active.My Goal:My goal is to get one and a half of moderate to intense physical exercise every day. Be able to run non stop for 15 minutes. And get close to resting heartrate of 50 beats per minute. That will only only boost my confidence and maintain my healthy body wight but also dive me to optimal health possibly raising my ammune system and my metabolic rate.
